The SOBHA Academy is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and merit-based admission process designed to select deserving students from the local communities of Vadakkencherry, Kizhakkenchery, and Kannambra. Our mission is to nurture confident, compassionate learners who will become future leaders.
Applications are invited during specified admission periods announced publicly. Prospective applicants must submit the completed application form i person at the school office. Application forms are provided free of charge.
To be eligible, applicants must meet the criteria stipulated in the school’s Admission Policy, including permanent residency within one of the three designated panchayats, financial need, and compliance with health and conduct requirements. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to undertake an internal admission test appropriate to their applied class level, except for Lower Kindergarten (LKG). The school conducts home visits and uses a Deprivation and Aspiration Index to assess financial eligibility and family circumstances.
If applications exceed available seats, a public draw of lots will be conducted transparently. Admissions decisions are final and binding, with no opportunity for appeal.
Selected applicants undergo a basic medical evaluation coordinated with SOBHA Health Care, ensuring physical and mental fitness to participate fully in school life. The school reserves the right to decline admission if specialised care needs cannot be accommodated.
Successful applicants receive official confirmation letters. Admission is finalised upon submission of all required documents, signing the parent-school undertaking, and attending the mandatory orientation session.
